Injury Claims Photography

If you have been injured in an accident at work or on holiday you may need to make an insurance claim.

You should get a picture taken as soon as possible after the accident. Your mobile phone or compact camera is a good idea as an interim measure.

Generally speaking though mobile phones are of quite a low quality which could make it difficult to pursue your claim in the best possible manner. For this reason we reccomend a high quality professionally taken photograph of the injury is taken as soon as possible after the accident.

This can help your case tremendously and in many cases you should be able to claim the cost of the photography back as part of the claim. Please check with your insurance provider if in doubt.

On the next page are some examples of previous claims. These are not incredibly graphic or gory but some people might find the pictures rather unpleaseant.
